I got to sit down with our current TLE Division Leader, EGS Aliveone V. Alive has been a great addition to EGS and has always been very dedicated to the community. I asked him some questions about his time and experience in EGS. Find those listed below.

1. When did you join EGS & what made you decide to join the community?

1. I first joined in 2021 and what made me join was the friendly member and staff
2. I have enjoyed my time here and EGS is family
3. The gamenight is the best to get together with friends and just game
4. Help EGS out with everything get it where a lot of people enjoy it just like I do
5. I like to shout out games for being a friend and helping me when I first joined help me with get where I’m at today, and my advice is just have a good time and for the one try to be staff keep working on it and being yourself.
6. Getting more members and maybe get other squad but first is to help my lower staff and show them what I know
7. A lot of members joining gamenight
8. For the new member just be yourself an have fun welcome to the family

I got to sit down with our current Chief of Staff, EGS Sugarmama V. Sugar has been a great addition to EGS and has always been very dedicated to the community. I asked her some questions about her time and experience in EGS. Find those listed below.

1. When did you join EGS & what made you decide to join the community? December 28th 2018, I wanted to be a part of something great and find a community that was like home.

2. Have you enjoyed EGS so far & what does EGS mean to you? I’ve always enjoyed EGS, there’s wonderful people here and great leaders and awesome events that we have. To me EGS is family since coming here everyone has had a bond like no other community I’ve seen

3. What is your favorite thing or routine within EGS? I love helping our members and train them into the great leaders that they become I take pride in the work I do here

4. What is your personal goal and/or what does the future look like for you in EGS? I hope one day to help make EGS one of the biggest communities that we would eventually have to branch off to make a another EGS for our members

5. Do you have any shoutouts or any advice for your fellow members? I’d like to give EGS Eagle V a shoutout, since coming to EGS he has helped me grow as a leader and taught me so much more things that goes into running a community and I honestly wouldn’t be the leader I am today if it wasn’t for him

6. What are your goals for EGS? My goals are to bring in more people to join our family to the point we can reopen our awesome departments we have to offer. I have another goal and that’s to eventually split our Solar squad

7. What would you like to see more of in EGS? I would like to see more of our members participating in our events as well as our partners the more we have to attend our events the more fun we have.

8. Do you have anything else you would like to share? Being a leader here is so important and we wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for our members, I appreciate everyone’s hard work they put in, Team work Makes that Dream work

1. I originally joined EGS during the pandemic. But left and came back In 2024. I joined looking to make friends

2. EGS is full of great people and is a great place. EGS means everything to me I love it here everyone’s life family to me
3. I love the music nights and social nights and interacting with the community.
4. I eventually want to be on the leader council whenever the time comes
5. Stay humble and keep grinding
6. More interactions between members especially during events
7. My goal as major is to help out in as many ways as possible
8. Keep pushing forward and never give up

1. When did you join EGS & what made you decide to join the community? I originally joined EGS back in Nov of 2018. I had just started gaming and had no idea what a gaming community was. One of the members messaged me and told me all about EGS and all the great people that was in it. I hadn’t realized it yet but that one message changed everything. I didn’t gain just friends, I gained a family.
2. Have you enjoyed EGS so far & what does EGS mean to you?I have always enjoyed EGS. I have left a few times in the past but I have always come back. I couldn’t imagine myself ever joining another community other than EGS. No matter the capacity, I will always be apart of this community.
3. What is your favorite thing or routine within EGS? I like the people, the people is what makes this community. We all come together and work hard. It’s not just one person it’s everyone. I love that. Everyone has each others backs. No matter what’s going on you can reach out and someone will be there for you.
4. What is your personal goal and/or what does the future look like for you in EGS? I want to help EGS to grow to its full potential. Like all communities we have had our ups and downs but we remain standing. With hard work and dedication I have no doubt that EGS will make an impact no one in the gaming community can match. We have a strong foundation. Strong, hard working individuals that see EGS as I do. My position, no matter the rank, like everyone else, is to help build and guide EGS to its full potential.
5. Do you have any shoutouts or any advice for your fellow members? Sugar has been a god send, one of my life lines. Not only has she been a huge roll model not just for me but for everyone, she has become my best friend. Eagle, has always had my side even if I didn’t deserve it. He has always been fair and forgiving. One of the best leaders, founder I know and the only one I chose to follow.
6. & 7 What are your goals for EGS?What would you like to see more of in EGS? We have a great group of people in EGS. No matter the age, skill set at gaming, views we all know how to set aside our differences and open up and game together. I just want to see that expand. Spread to others. We are not alone in this. We have a community full of amazing individuals spread all over the world, I want others to view EGS as I do, As a safe home with lots of great friends and family.
