All members recruited into EGS must abide by the EGS Code of Conduct. Failure to do so can warrant expulsion from the community. 1. Every EGS member must read and understand the Xbox Live, Playstation Network, and Discord Terms of Service and Code of Conduct. 2. EGS does not tolerate discrimination in any form – including, but not limited to, racism, sexism or harassment by or towards any member of EGS in any situation. 3. Leaders within EGS are responsible for the organization of all squad activities and meetings, maintaining professional gameplay during activities, as well as oversight and evaluation of performance and behavior of lower ranking members. 4. Poaching is strictly prohibited. If you try to convince, offer, or promise to have a member “rank up” in this community from another clan, squad or division in and out of EGS is strictly prohibited. 5. All members have an “Open Door Policy” to speak with leaders about any issues or with any ideas. We still express the responsibility to report to the appropriate leaders within the EGS Chain of Command. 6. EGS members takes pride in his or her membership and is encouraged, but not forced to change their gamertag to reflect EGS. Upon changing their gamertag, an EGS member is expected to represent the EGS attitude, because they now represent EGS in the gaming world. 7. EGS members must maintain a professional manner and attitude during gaming, as well as within lobby, party and EGS based chats. This helps represent EGS in a positive matter. 8. EGS members are not permitted to be a part of any other gaming community or clan other than EGS. 9. The lowest allowed age to be recruited into EGS is 16. An exception can be made if a 15 year old is 30 days or less to their 16th birthday. 10. Illegal activities/drugs/hacking, etc. are not permitted in EGS and result in removal from the community. 11. While EGS abides by healthy competition among fellow gaming communities, EGS has a strict non-hostilities policy in regards to other gaming communities. No member of EGS shall engage in any form of trash talk, bashing, insulting, bullying or otherwise disrespectful behavior to a member of another gaming community. This also applies to retaliation. If a member from another gaming community acts in a hostile manner towards you, report it to your chain of command. Do not engage in an argument. 12. Respect all leaders and members within EGS.
