A squad is a collection of members sorted into groups (squads) for organizational purposes. A squad is eligible to split once they reach 75 members and full staff.

A division is a collection of squads that is ran by a division leader. This is to help the squads flourish and for organizational purposes.

A squad meeting is hosted by the general to relay information to his/her squad.

A division meeting is hosted by the division leader for the division staff and the senior squad leaders (General, Lt General, and Major)to attend to get their information for squad meetings and to discuss ideas. Fluffs will also occur during division meetings.

A squad split is when a squad reaches the qualifications to split the squad in half. Half will form a new squad within the division.

A division split is when a division exceeds the total member count and meets all other requirements it will split in half. Squads will be separated into the old and newly formed division.

Leadership Development Program – hosted by the Education Department to develop leadership skills in various areas.

Departments are various non clan ops related areas of the community. Examples are the content team, support team, sniping team, etc.

Period of time where they cannot perform their rank. May have to get a certain amount of recruits and attend meetings, etc.

Means that they are not to hold a rank or be in EGS.

Member can not be in EGS or EGS Discord server due to severe rules that were broken, such as Code of Conduct.
